Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of jewellery, our refund and return policy is designed carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Manufacturing defect is found

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.

2. Conditions for Return
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Original invoice, certificate (if any), and packaging must be intact

3. Refund Process
  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

4. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Earrings, nose pins, or pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alteration
