Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of jewellery, our refund and return policy is designed carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

Wrong product is delivered
Manufacturing defect is found

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.

2. Conditions for Return

Product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
Original invoice, certificate (if any), and packaging must be intact

3. Refund Process

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Earrings, nose pins, or pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alteration
