At DHANLAXMI JEWELLERS, we ensure that your precious jewellery is packed, insured, and delivered with the highest level of care and security.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Ready stock jewellery: Processed within 2โ€“4 business days after payment confirmation

  • Customized / made-to-order jewellery: Processed within 7โ€“15 business days

Orders are processed on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 5โ€“7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7โ€“10 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional periods

  • Any additional charges such as insurance or handling will be included in the final invoice

5. Packaging & Insurance
  • All jewellery items are securely packed using tamper-proof packaging

  • Every shipment is fully insured until delivery to the customer

  • Insurance coverage ends once the product is successfully delivered and acknowledged

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email

  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partnerโ€™s tracking link

7. Delivery Confirmation
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery

  • Delivery will be handed over only to the recipient or an authorized person

  • DHANLAXMI JEWELLERS is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability

8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Opened

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

Please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
